STAY A BIT LONGER IN THE UNCOMFORTABLENESS
Staying a bit longer in uncomfortableness goes against the grain of what we are conditioned to do. Usually when we become uncomfortable we want to run, get away from that which makes us feel that way. However, “staying” is a great Teacher. Staying breeds compassion. It helps one to begin to see that what you are trying to get away from, is something that you have either done yourself or are currently doing and accepting that or at least seeing that and then acting or not from that which is seen and/or accept. Staying in the uncomfortableness is a Great Tool in beginning to know and discover who you Truly Are.
